Weekly and Weekday rates DO NOT apply during holidays.
There are no discounts for extended stays when Holiday rates apply.
Holidays are typically the week before and the week after major Holidays as well as the entire Month of October.
Weekdays are Sunday - Thursday
Weekends are Friday - Saturday
Weekly Rates are for 6-7 nights.
Security Deposit:
$200 - Payable by Credit Card, Money Order or Check. Checks must arrive at least 3 weeks prior to Check-In.
Holds your reservation and insures the cabin will be left clean and undamaged.
Refunded within 2 weeks of Check-Out.
Any cost due to missing, broken or damaged items or extra cleaning will be deducted from this deposit.
Full balance due at Check-In payable with Cash or Credit Card. No Checks accepted at Check-In.
No rain checks and no refunds for early check-out.
Cancellations:
Made 72 hours prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will subject to a $100 cancellation fee deducted from the deposit.
For Holidays, the security deposit becomes non-refundable at 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Check-Out: 11am
Cabins are for registered guests only. No visitors please.
Pet Policy:
No pets without prior approval and additional fee of $15 per pet per night. Failure to get prior approval for your pet may result in the loss of your security deposit and cancellation of your reservation.
Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS OR LODGE.
Alcohol Policy: We prefer No Alcoholic Beverages. However, if you choose to bring them, they MUST be kept inside the cabins.
